If you choose to proceed with your case after the initial consultation, we will disclose all costs upfront, so you know exactly what to expect. We strictly adhere to the Legal Profession Uniform Law, ensuring that all fees are fair, transparent, and reasonable.

In accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law, we are committed to:

• Providing a clear written estimate of all legal costs if they exceed $750 (before GST and disbursements).

The initial advice appointment fee covers our time to assess your legal matter and outline the next steps, but it does not bind you to continue with any further services. However, should you choose to engage us after the initial consultation, rest assured that all costs will be disclosed in accordance with the latest legal regulations.
