What is the time frame to pursue money owed?
In WA, unless the debt follows a court judgement you have 6 years, otherwise under judgement the period is 12 years. Seek legal advice to recover debts if other avenues have failed.

How to avoid a challenge to your Will
Make sure the Will is properly executed, be tested for competency by your solicitor when making the Will to verify sound mind, avoid undue influence from inheritors by removing them from the process and discussion, consider a no-content clause and make a video recording of the Will signing to avoid unnecessary dispute.
If I don't pay a fine what can happen?
If you don't pay your fine within the prescribed time, usually 28 days, your fine will be registered with the Fines Enforcement Registry. This can lead to an enforceable licence suspension order, an enforcement warrant to sell or wheel clamp your vehicle, an unpaid community work order, even spending time in prison.
